Hi, all! Looks like we wait another year for a reunion but glad to know it’s coming. After living in states on the west and east coasts, my husband, Larry Hembroff, and I returned to Michigan In the late 80’s and now live in the Grand Rapids area. I loved and, now, miss my career as an Obstetrician/ Gynecologist (mostly in Battle Creek), but my favorite roles have been “mom” and “Oma” to our 3 children, their spouses and our 8 (so far) grandchildren. Was kind of shocked to see how many of our classmates we have lost . Wondering if all the foul air by Central elementary and spending our days there next to the very polluted Kalamazoo River has anything to do with it. I myself am a cancer survivor. Anyway, sad to see so many lost.
